Description
At Birmingham Aesthetic Academy, we provide comprehensive didactic and practical aesthetic Neurotoxin training designed for easy application in both new and existing practices. This course equips you with the tools and knowledge needed to confidently offer injectables, enhancing both your skills and potential practice revenue. Participants will receive course manuals, consent forms, treatment forms, and a list of valuable resources. Upon completion, a Certificate of Training will be awarded after fulfilling the educational and hands-on requirements.
Our Advanced Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler Training educates medical professionals on facial anatomy while providing hands-on experience with Neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Taught by leading industry professionals, this course prepares you to offer aesthetic injectables confidently in your practice. (Plus, it can boost your revenue!)
Course Description
- Completion of Basic Neurotoxin 101 and Dermal Filler 101 certification (from any training facility)
- At least 6 months of real-life experience using Neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Completion of Aesthetic Botox Training
Prerequisites for Enrollment:
During the hands-on portion, we will use BOTOX® and Xeomin for Neurotoxin training and Juvederm Ultra and Juvederm Volbella for dermal fillers. Other products covered in the didactic portion of the course include:
- Dermal Fillers: Juvederm Ultra, Juvederm Ultra Plus, Restylane, Perlane, Radiesse, Sculptra, Juvederm Voluma XC (FDA-approved for cheek enhancement), and Arte Fill.
Products Used in Training:
- Review facial anatomy and understand the vectors of pull in facial structure
- Understand reconstitution techniques
- Master Neurotoxin injection techniques for:
- Perioral rhytides (lipstick lines, smoker’s wrinkles)
- Injections around and under the eyes
- Melomental folds, upper lip/chin relaxation
- Axillary hyperhidrosis, neck rejuvenation
- Nose augmentation, breast lift
- Review types and uses of dermal fillers
- Master dermal filler techniques for:
- Perioral rhytides, treatment around the eyes, cheek volume restoration
- Metatarsal fat pad injections, breast augmentation, neck rejuvenation
- Nose augmentation, volume restoration for cheek hollows, and scar treatment
- Learn about longer-lasting fillers, non-biodegradable fillers, and body area fillers
- Understand various facial anesthesia techniques
